Height adjustable RK Easywork workstations – the new generation
Quick and easy to configure – ergonomics and flexibility are the key
Individually height adjustable workbenches are a central part of ergonomic workstation design. With this in mind, RK Rose+Krieger has completely reworked their RK Easywork workstation system, and it can now be upgraded with numerous new options from the Rose+Krieger industrial modular system.
RK Rose+Krieger have revised their tried-and-tested system for ergonomic workstations for specific tasks to adapt it to increasing health awareness. Changing workpiece sizes, upgrades in production processes or the requirement for modern LEAN workstations all require individually designed or modifiable workbenches. The aim is to minimise the physical strain on employees – based on academic findings, this leads to an increase in productivity of up to 15 percent.
The height of RK Easywork workbenches is adjusted using lifting columns of the Multilift II family – in the versions standard, impact, telescope and ESD. The Multilift II telescope, for example, can be used to adjust the workbench to a maximum height of up to 1378 mm. The standard workbench is compatible with the RK product portfolio and can even be upgraded to form a LEAN workstation. The new optional accessories for Easywork include an ESD table top, roller conveyors and end plates, socket strips for energy supply, tool holders, a drawer block, a keyboard shelf and a PC holder. On request the table can also be equipped with a hand switch with or without display screen. RK Easywork is now produced in RAL colour 7035 (grey).
